Innovo provides financial statement compilation services in accordance with local GAAP and based on acceptable financial reporting frameworks (e.g. IFRS, US GAAP and Dutch GAAP). We provide assistance with the compilation of the financial statements in accordance with the local Civil Code. We will perform our engagement in accordance with the International Standards on Related Services - ISRS 4410 “Engagements to compile financial information”. All deviations from these principles which become known to us will be explained in the financial statements and, if we deem it necessary, will be expressed in our compilation report.
The procedures to be performed for this purpose of the compilation of the financial statements are limited to gathering, processing, classifying and summarizing financial information. These procedures do not constitute an audit or review of the financial statements and, accordingly, we do not perform any verification procedures on the information and notes received, unless we suspect that the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete. Hence, these procedures will not provide the same level of assurance about whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement as that provided by an audit or review. Consequently, we cannot and will not express any assurance about the financial information.
